Hassle-Free Exchanges

We want your child to feel perfect in Velin. If the fit isn't right, we are here to help you find the perfect size.

Exchange Window

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Condition for Exchange

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all Velin tags and packaging intact. Items with stains (food, milk, or perfumes) will not be accepted.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Simply email us at care@velin.fashion with your Order ID and the new size required.

Reverse Pickup

  • We offer a one-time reverse pickup service for a nominal fee of ₹150.
  • Alternatively, you can ship the item back to our warehouse at your convenience.

Refund Policy

As a premium brand, we do not offer monetary refunds. If an exchange size is unavailable, we will issue a Velin Store Credit (valid for 1 year) that you can use for any future purchase.

Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be applied to any item in our collection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Innerwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
